PN64D8000 is a wonderful tv! I suggest that you go to a meeting place and get right setup info if you want thevery best picture, but even out of this area (where the settings are way too hot), I thought it looked good. The remote workings easily, connectivity is simple, the menus ar easy to work with…all good. The particular stand was difficult to attach on the tv – it took 3 people plus some sweat to get the stand along (don't want to drop this sister…). The speakers aren't as good because the Sony it replaced, but I nowadays run it through a home house system, so sound isn't an issuing.
